Service terms

The free fit call explores your problem and whether we should work together. It does not commit either party to paid work.

Scope and fees

Paid work begins only after the scope, deliverables, fees, timetable, and payment terms have been agreed in your proposal. Changes to scope require a further agreement.

Invoices and payment

Invoices are prepared and sent personally. Use the payment instructions on your invoice. Reporting payment in the portal does not confirm that funds have arrived; your consultant verifies receipt and updates the status.

Bookings and cancellations

Contact your consultant if you need to change a meeting. Cancellation, refund, and deposit terms for paid work must be stated in your proposal before acceptance.

Tools and outcomes

Third-party tools, costs, data access, and responsibilities will be agreed for your project. Outcomes depend on the scope and circumstances; past product experience is not a promise of future results.
