We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and manage our work together. Project records include agreed scope, bookings, proposals, invoices, documents, and payment confirmations.

Access and storage

Client records are stored in a private database and documents in private file storage. Each client can access only their own records. Hosting is provided through Cloudflare and, for this private review site, OpenAI Sites.

Email and scheduling

If enabled, the email service delivers sign-in links and the scheduling service manages appointments. Payment is arranged directly; this website does not collect card or bank-login details.

Your information

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact your consultant. Business records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. Do not send sensitive information through the initial enquiry form.

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers are included.
